Characteristics

A wool rug is characterised by its soft grip and slightly stiffer structure. The first period, the rug may fluff considerably, which is part of the process of this natural fibre. Loose fluff can easily be removed with a hoover with furniture brush. If the natural fibres are coloured, they are also susceptible to discolouration. In that case, keep the rug out of direct sunlight. The rug is also suitable for floors with underfloor heating.

Maintenance

Allow stains to absorb in a slightly damp cloth. Avoid rubbing, this may cause the woollen fibres to felt. Use a non-slip pad to keep the rug in place and provide extra protection against wear and tear.
