Returns and Exchanges Policy
Consumers have the right to request an exchange or return within 15 days from the date of receipt.
An exchange is possible provided that the product is unused, in a resalable condition, and returned with its original packaging, factory labels, and accompanying documentation intact, and that the replacement product is available in stock. A fiscal receipt or invoice must be provided with the request.
The costs of collection and redelivery shall be borne by the consumer, unless an incorrect or defective product has been delivered.
We recommend inspecting the product upon delivery.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Products made or procured to order cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of technical defects or when they do not correspond to what was ordered.
Requests for an exchange or return submitted after the 15-day period will not be accepted.
All prices are stated in Macedonian denars (MKD) and include VAT.
Think House of Furniture reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and shall not be held responsible for unintentional technical or descriptive errors.
Orders may be placed through the website or through direct communication.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email or message. We reserve the right to reject an order if the product is unavailable or for other justified reasons.
All content on the website, including texts, photographs, visual materials, and the logo, is the property of Think House of Furniture and is protected by copyright. Its use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
Think House of Furniture shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website without technical disruptions.
