Material

This Louis element is upholstered in our Earth flatweave. Our Earth fabric is a polyester flatwoven. This strong, woven fabric eyes very compact and feels silky soft. The Earth fine woven fabric is composed of 100% polyester, these artificial fibres ensure a long lifespan and durable quality. The fabric is very even and uniform in colour, giving it a full look. With a Martindale of 100,000, the fabric is very suitable for hectic, intensive households.

Maintenance

The finely woven fabric is an easy fabric to maintain. In case of stains, dabbing is recommended, friction can cause light spots. The artificial fibres of the Earth woven fabric make the upholstery very colourfast, however, direct UV light can cause light stains. It is therefore recommended not to place the furniture in direct sunlight. This fabric has been treated with Teflon Fabric Protector. This treatment forms a protection around each fibre, making the fabric resistant to splashes of water, dirt and dust. Impregnation is no longer necessary for this reason.
