This Bink bar stool comes from the Exclusive collection of the Dutch brand WOOOD. Bink is a sturdy, robust stool made of paulownia wood with a matte black finish. The natural material and the dark shade create a warm atmosphere in the interior. The paulownia wood is known for its knotty characteristics, cracks and holes in the wood can occur and give this Bink its robust character.

Material

Paulownia wood is a natural material with a soft structure, it is easily damaged or dented. However, paulownia wood is very durable and long lasting, which makes the natural product very durable. The warm tone of the wood is very attractive for interior items. Paulownia wood has the coarse, robust characteristics of wood. This means that knots and cracks give the item its recognizably natural appearance.

Maintenance

A disadvantage of this soft wood type is its fragility with frequent use. Items made of paulownia wood can damage quickly and are difficult to repair. Do not place an item made of paulownia wood in (in)direct sunlight for a long time, as this can cause the wood to dry out and crack. Keep the wood dust-free weekly with a clean, dry cloth. Additional treatment with a transparent coating is possible, but is not considered necessary. Due to the coarse structure, the item is difficult to fully protect.

Delivery

The item is supplied in one piece, with a minimum order quantity of two pieces. For hard floors, place felt glides under the stool. This prevents damage to the floor.
